Processing of personal data according to the Data Protection Regulation GDPR (2016/679 / EC)
SVAB Hydraulik AB (556337-5335) is responsible for personal data for the personal data concerning contact persons we receive in connection with assignments or which are otherwise processed when the assignment is being prepared or administered.
We process the tasks to perform and administer the assignment, to safeguard your interests, for accounting and billing purposes. This information has its legal basis in, inter alia, the Data Protection Regulation and the Accounting Act. The stated regulations allow, inter alia, that treatment is done in order to be able to fulfill our obligations to our customers / registrants and to other regulations. The regulations also allow, following a balance of interests where, among other things, the registered possible objections to the processing are taken into account, that the processing of personal data is done for our and other companies within the corporate group’s legitimate interests by developing, marketing and administering our services and operations in an efficient way and by safeguarding our civil rights and obligations. The data can also be used for business and method development, market analysis, statistics and risk management. The data that is processed for the purpose of developing and analyzing the business is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing the business and communicating with our contacts.
We will not disclose personal data to outsiders except when specifically agreed between the company and the data subject, if it is necessary for us to comply with a statutory duty or to comply with governmental decisions or court decisions, or in the case where we hire outsiders service providers who carry out assignments on our behalf.
The personal data is stored, in accordance with the obligation imposed on the company in accordance with the above regulations and basis, for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the case or from the due date of the final invoice and for a reasonable thinning time or the longer time required by the nature of the case. If you unsubscribe from newsletters or similar, the information will be deleted immediately.
You have the right to request information from the company free of charge about the use of the personal data that concerns you. We will, at your request or at your own initiative, correct or erase any information that is incorrect or limit the processing of such information. You also have the right to request that your information is not processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to access your personal data in a machine-readable format or, if technically possible, to have the information transferred to a third party that you direct.
If you are dissatisfied with our treatment, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Data Inspectorate (www.datainspektionen.se). You can also contact the regulator in the country where you live or work.
